Abstract
This article analyzes the integration of universally recognized principles and norms of international law into the new edition of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The author examines the synthesis of universal legal values with national legislation using comparative legal methods. Special attention is paid to the priority of international treaties, the implementation of "Miranda rules" and "Habeas Corpus" institutions into the national legal framework. The study also explores the philosophical harmony between Eastern thinkers like Al-Farabi and Amir Temur and Western jurists such as John Locke and Montesquieu within the context of the Uzbek constitutional reforms. Statistical data from recent judicial practices (2023–2025) are provided to demonstrate the practical application of international standards in Uzbek courts.
