Abstract
The article analyzes the main factors for developing economic entities based on clustering. It shows that the process of development through clustering consists of consecutive stages, each with its own strategic directions. In addition, the paper outlines the key foundations that enhance the efficiency of economic clusters in the context of modern development and their practical importance
