Abstract

This article analyzes sociological interpretations of the concept of labor culture through several theoretical perspectives. Functionalist, interactionist, Weberian interpretive, institutional, and constructivist approaches to the formation and meaning of labor culture are examined. The findings indicate that labor culture is a multidimensional sociological phenomenon that integrates normative, communicative, institutional, and individual meaning-based components. The study provides a theoretical foundation for reinterpreting labor culture within the context of modern technological development and the evolving labor market.
