Abstract
The article examines international practices and methodological approaches to working with gifted students in higher education. It analyzes the experience of leading countries — the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Finland, South Korea, and Singapore — in identifying, supporting, and developing talented students. Particular attention is paid to the creation of individualized educational pathways, the implementation of innovative pedagogical technologies, and motivation systems. The article also explores current trends in integrating talented youth into scientific and innovation projects.
