Abstract

This article explores the issue of developing creative thinking skills among future teachers as a key factor in improving the quality of education. The study analyzes advanced international approaches to teacher training systems in countries such as Finland, Singapore, South Korea, and Japan. It focuses on the application of global standards — OECD Learning Compass 2030, UNESCO Global Competence Framework, and Bloom’s Taxonomy — as effective models for fostering pedagogical thinking and innovation. Based on the decrees and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan aimed at enhancing the quality of education and strengthening teachers’ professional competence, the paper proposes scientifically grounded ways to integrate international experience into the national education system. It also discusses methodological opportunities for improving teacher training quality through the development of creative thinking skills.
