Abstract

Maqolada oziq-ovqat mahsulotlari tanqisligi sharoitida surunkali gepatit bilan og‘rigan bemorlarda diyetoterapiya samaradorligi o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot Xorazm viloyatida olib borilib, jami 64 nafar bemor ishtirok etdi. Ular ikki guruhga bo‘linib, asosiy guruhga mahalliy sharoitga moslashtirilgan Pevzner parhezi №5 asosidagi diyetoterapiya, nazorat guruhiga esa umumiy tavsiyalar berildi. 12 haftalik kuzatuv natijasida asosiy guruhda ALT va AST darajalari mos ravishda 24,3% va 20,7% ga kamaydi, bilirubin 18,5% ga tushdi, shuningdek, depressiya va tashvish darajasida sezilarli pasayish, hayot sifati indeksida esa 16,9% o‘sish qayd etildi. Nazorat guruhida esa ijobiy o‘zgarishlar statistik ahamiyat kasb etmadi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, oziq-ovqat mahsulotlari tanqisligida ham diyetoterapiyani mahalliy mahsulotlarga moslashtirish jigar faoliyatini yaxshilash va bemorlarning psixoemotsional holatini barqarorlashtirishda samarali hisoblanadi.
