This thesis examines the ancient evolution of home craftsmanship in Uzbekistan, tracing its development from prehistoric times to the medieval period. It explores the cultural, social, and economic factors influencing craftsmanship in the region, highlighting the significance of traditional techniques and materials. The study delves into specific crafts such as pottery, weaving, and metalworking, illustrating how these practices have shaped both domestic life and cultural identity. Furthermore, the thesis discusses the impact of historical events, including the Silk Road's influence on trade and cultural exchange, on the evolution of craftsmanship in Uzbekistan.
