Abstract
Bugungi kunda za’faron dunyoning ko‘plab mamlakatlari uchun yuqori daromad manbai hisoblanadi. “Qizil oltin” deya ta’riflangan tabiatning qimmatli tuhfasi barcha davrlarda o‘zining oziq-ovqat sohasidagi ahamiyati, bo‘yoqlik sifati va xalq tabobatida ildiz otgan yuqori qiymatli xususiyatlari bilan hamroh bo‘lib kelmoqda va bugun jahon bozorlarida bir necha ming AQSH dollarida baholanmoqda. Ushbu sharx maqolada za’faron o‘simligining yuqori baholanishining sabablari va shu bilan birga uning qisqacha tarixi, ahamiyati, qo‘llanilish sohalari va yetishtirish texnologiyalari haqida ma’lumotlar berib o’tilgan.
