Abstract

The article examines the key problems associated with assessing the investment activity of organizations under current economic conditions. Theoretical approaches to defining investment activity are analyzed, and methodological challenges in its evaluation are systematized. Particular attention is given to analyzing the uncertainty factors affecting the accuracy of investment calculations, as well as to the issues of integrating financial and non-financial indicators within the investment performance assessment system. The research results highlight the need to develop comprehensive approaches to evaluating investment activity that take into account the specifics of the modern economic environment.
