Abstract
This article analyzes the psycho-pedagogical foundations of interactive dialogue between teacher and student. The impact of interactive approaches on the quality of education and the socio-psychological development of students is covered on the basis of scientific-theoretical and practical experience. The effectiveness of interactive methods is shown based on statistical data. Also, the creation of a healthy communication environment in the lesson process, an individual approach to the student's personality and the communicative competence of the teacher are justified as important factors. The article contains proposals and conclusions on making the modern pedagogical process more interactive, open and effective.
