Abstract
The poplar tree (Populus spp.) is an important tree species widely cultivated for timber, paper production, and environmental benefits. However, it is highly susceptible to various pests that significantly affect its growth and health. This article explores the methods used to identify and analyze the composition of the main pests that damage poplar trees. Through field surveys, entomological sampling, and laboratory analysis, different pest species are categorized, and their impact on the tree's physiology is assessed. The study also highlights the effectiveness of various pest control methods and provides recommendations for sustainable management practices. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of pest dynamics in poplar ecosystems and aims to improve the long-term health of poplar plantations.
