Abstract

This article provides different information about the FWAs (Flexible Work Arrangements) and it advantages and disadvantages for businesses. However, article illustrate purpose, methods, analysis and some discussions about the results that taken by methods. The main purpose of writing this article is that identifying benefits and drawback of FWAs in today’s business. When it comes to methods, only two types of method used which are primary and secondary. In primary research article illustrate survey results, on the other hand secondar research give more information through various articles and websites. At the end of the article conclusion is given as recommendation.
